I am a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists and obtained a Master of Science in Counselling Psychology from the University of Calgary. I hold membership with the Psychological Association of Alberta. My counselling experience includes post-secondary, public health, and private practice settings.

I work with a range of concerns in therapy, including anxiety, depression, social anxiety, career and education direction, stress management, grief and loss, self-esteem, and personal growth. I use a blend of approaches, including acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused therapy, and person-centred therapy. I also work from a trauma-informed lens and am a DBT-and IFS-informed practitioner. I have been privileged to work with clients from a diversity of backgrounds, including international students, neurodiverse individuals, and the LGBTQ+ community.

I have a particular passion for career counselling, including supporting clients exploring career and education direction, finding work-life balance, navigating career transitions, or addressing workplace concerns (including burnout, motivation, and stress management). My approach to career counselling includes therapeutic approaches as well as individualized assessment instruments such as the Strong Interest Inventory.

In all my therapy, I aim to create a warm and welcoming space for clients to feel supported, understood, and seen for who they are. I work collaboratively with clients to identify areas they would like to change, including a focus on what is currently working, what is no longer workable, and supporting clients as they build a rich and meaningful aligned with their authentic self and what they value most.
